Company Finance Management System

The client's finance team was tracking income, expenses, and payroll across a patchwork of manual records that made it difficult to get an accurate, up-to-date picture of the company's financial position at any given moment. Reconciling numbers across those disconnected records took time and left room for human error, which meant decisions were often made on data that was already stale by the time it reached leadership. Without real-time visibility into cash flow and payroll, the business was reacting to financial issues after the fact rather than catching them early.

Sitetisfy built a Laravel and MySQL application that centralizes financial transaction recording, payroll processing, and report generation into a single system, replacing the scattered manual records with one source of truth. Master data for accounts and categories is defined once and reused consistently, while automated reports — balance sheets, ledgers, and profit & loss statements — are generated directly from live transaction data instead of being assembled by hand. The system was also integrated with the client's other internal corporate applications, so financial data stays connected to the rest of the business rather than living in isolation.
