Electronic Document System (e-DO, e-Invoice, e-Tax)

The client's freight forwarding business generated a constant stream of delivery orders, invoices, and tax documents, all of which were still being handled on paper, printed, physically routed for approval, and manually filed. That process created real operational overhead: documents could get lost or delayed in transit between departments, customers had to wait on staff availability just to request something as routine as an invoice, and every document required manual generation from scratch. The client needed to digitize the entire document lifecycle to cut that overhead and speed up turnaround.

Sitetisfy built a Laravel, MySQL, and SQL Server system that digitalizes the full document workflow, letting customers submit delivery order requests themselves instead of routing everything through staff. Administrators can then generate standardized e-DO, e-Invoice, and e-Tax documents directly from the system, with automated email notifications handling distribution the moment a document is ready. An analytics dashboard tracks operational performance across the workflow, and SSO login unifies authentication across every part of the platform.
