Event Attendance Management System

Event organizers were still relying on paper sign-in sheets, which were slow at the door, easy to falsify, and gave no real-time sense of how many attendees had actually arrived. That approach also couldn't flexibly handle the difference between an open public event, where anyone could walk in, and an exclusive private gathering that needed a verified guest list, so organizers were stuck adapting the same clunky process to very different situations. They needed a faster, more secure check-in method that could handle both without extra manual work.

Sitetisfy developed a Laravel and MySQL application built around QR code check-ins, which are automatically generated and scanned at the door instead of manually checked against a paper list. The system supports both event types out of the box — open public events that don't require pre-registration, and private events restricted to a pre-registered guest list — with customizable post-attendance actions like seat assignment configurable per event. A real-time analytics dashboard with interactive graphs gives organizers live visibility into attendance as it happens, and SSO integration keeps both attendee and staff access secure.
