Government health authorities needed to assess hospital quality across a large number of participating institutions, but doing that through paper-based submissions and manual scoring didn't scale well and made it hard to track progress or maintain consistent standards across every hospital involved. Paper submissions were slow to process, easy to lose track of, and left evaluators manually cross-referencing documents to calculate scores and issue certifications. Health authorities needed a standardized, digital process that could handle the assessment at scale while keeping evaluation criteria consistent across every participating hospital.

Sitetisfy built a Laravel and MySQL platform with separate modules for hospital participants and administrators, covering the full assessment lifecycle from registration through certification. Hospitals register online and pay assessment fees through a secure payment gateway, then submit results with supporting documents and evidence directly through the platform, where automated scoring evaluates performance consistently across every submission. Hospitals that pass receive an instant PDF certificate, while administrators get an analytics dashboard to track performance trends across the entire program, turning what used to be a manual, paper-heavy process into a standardized digital workflow.
