IT Division Management System
A centralized platform unifying IT troubleshooting, procurement, warehouse control, and employee service requests for a government IT division.
The government IT division was coordinating troubleshooting, asset procurement, inventory control, and employee service requests through disconnected processes that didn't share information with each other, making it hard to get a full picture of resource utilization or track an issue from report to resolution. That fragmentation meant staff often had to check multiple places just to understand the status of a single request, and management had limited visibility into how IT resources were actually being used across the division. The division needed one system that could coordinate all of it together.
Sitetisfy built a Laravel and MySQL platform that brings troubleshooting logs, expense management, warehouse and inventory control, asset lending, and employee requests together under a single system, secured with single sign-on authentication. Analytics dashboards give the division visibility into IT operations and resource utilization that wasn't available when everything was tracked separately, while troubleshooting logs keep a full history of issue resolution for future reference. Asset lending management and employee request handling round out the platform, so equipment borrowing and service requests are tracked the same consistent way as everything else in the division.
