Participant Administration System

The client, a foundation managing membership on behalf of its participants, needed to track participant records, calculate insurance premiums accurately, and stay synchronized with external government systems for social security (BPJS) and pension funds (DAPEN), three interconnected responsibilities that had previously been handled with limited coordination between them. Manually keeping premium calculations and government-system data aligned created room for mismatches that could affect a participant's actual benefits or claims down the line. The foundation needed all of this, records, calculations, and government synchronization, managed from a single, unified system.

Sitetisfy built a Laravel and MySQL platform that centralizes participant master data as the single source used across every downstream process, from premium calculation to claims. Premium calculations are automated directly from that master data, and the system synchronizes records with both BPJS and pension fund (DAPEN) systems, keeping the foundation's records aligned with the external government systems participants ultimately depend on. Registration, ongoing record management, and insurance claim handling are all built into the same platform, giving the foundation one consistent system instead of several loosely connected processes.
